Ամփոփում:Genetic variation is a key determinant that supports the evolution of every living being, demonstrating survival characteristics, as is the case of Klebsiella pneumoniae, which is an important pathogen whose epidemiology has been widely studied, the most used techniques for identification are biochemical since it is impossible to differentiate genetic variation between subgenera, molecular tools have proven useful to diagnose, characterize, typify and quantify etiological agents. In the present investigation, profiles of genetic bands of Klebsiella oxytoca and pneumoniae belonging to agricultural products and irrigation waters have been determined by means of the PCR technique, which allowed the intraspecific genotypic differentiation of bacteria. A bioinformatic analysis carried out to select the initiator, followed by PCR. As a result, amplifications with totally different patterns were obtained in Klebsiella oxytoca as well as Klebsiella pneumoniae, individually they presented totally different molecular weights, Klebsiella oxytoca presented its standard band of the isolates with an amplification of 660bp. Klebsiella pneumoniae, its pattern band was presented with a repetitive 1300bp amplification. This study reveals that it is not enough just to identify with everyday methods such as biochemistry, bristling tests with molecular techniques that help identify the genotype of the bacterium.
