| 總結: | The 66% (264) were women and 34% (136) men. According to the BMI, overweight in both sexes predominated, as was the increase in the abdominal perimeter (> 88 cm) in 36.6% of women and 11.8% of men (> 102 cm). The absence in the consumption of fruits and vegetables was present in 49.3% of the study subjects. 90.2% of the case under study had a family history of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 9.3% of family members had a history of hyperglycemia. Only 2% consume medications for high blood pressure. The risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus was low in 64.8%, slightly high in 24% and moderate risk in 7.2% of cases.
