Shrnutí:ABSTRACT: Gonarthrosis is the third most disabling disease worldwide, characterized by a chronic degenerative type of inflammatory origin that causes symptoms such as pain, joint stiffness, and functional limitation. This research corresponds to a compilation, review, and bibliographic analysis of articles from different scientific databases, such as PubMed, Scielo, Scopus, Cochrane Library, and Research Gate, to analyze the effects of Mulligan's concept in patients with gonarthrosis. The Mulligan concept is a manual method that provides analgesic results because it is aimed at the arthrokinematics’ displacement of the joint. Methodologically, the study was inductive, with a descriptive level and design with a qualitative and retrospective approach. The selected articles rigorously met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for their analysis and final interpretation. As a result, Mulligan's concept demonstrated great efficacy with his method of mobilization with movement to treat gonarthrosis, reducing pain and stiffness indexes and increasing joint functionality, providing a better quality of life for the patient without high treatment costs.
