Riesgo Operativo y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la COAC “Nueva Esperanza” Ltda., Período 2022

abstrac the present research with the topic operational risk and its impact on the coac “nueva esperanza” ltda., period 2022, aims to evaluate the operational risk and its impact on profitability, as well as identify the operational risk factors that affect the profitability and analyze the level of exposure to operational risk. in chapter i, the problem statement and justification were developed, the general objective and specific objectives were determined. chapter ii contains the background of topics related to the research, according to the dependent variable and independent variable. in chapter iii, the research method was developed, i feel this is the deductive one because the problem was studied in a general way in order to establish its particularities, the research was field since direct information was obtained from the coac “nueva esperanza” ltda. , the research was non-experimental since variables were not manipulated, the approach was quantitative, the level of research was descriptive, since it allowed a series of logical steps to be followed to reach a specific conclusion based on general information, the technique of the interview, data analysis and the tool that was used to collect the information. chapter iv is thoroughly examined and the information derived from the interviews and data analysis is interpreted in depth, with the purpose of confirming the proposed hypothesis. chapter v gives conclusions and recommendations for the problem. keywords: operational risk, risk factors, risk, profitability
