Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The Municipal Traffic Directorate of the Guano Canton, Province of Chimborazo is a Government Institution that is dedicated to the provision of services such as: Vehicle Technical Review, Domain Transfers and Operating Permits at the province level, in order to facilitate Customers a service with good results. The proposal for the implementation of process management in the Municipal Traffic Directorate of Canton Guano was made and a model was presented that helps both the administrative or operational sector of the Institution in order to expedite the procedures at the time of acquiring the service. For this, it was essential to identify the current processes presented by the Municipal Directorate of Transit of the Guano Canton and based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, the proposal of the process management manual was designed, which contains: process map, catalog of processes, master list, characterization of processes and diagramming of procedures. Which was able to demonstrate to the Institution the optimization of activities that do not generate value in the vehicle technical review process and based on the results, a total of 8 processes and 26 records were documented. |
