El impacto de la morosidad en la liquidez de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Campesina COOPAC agencia Riobamba en el periodo 2020-2021.

This research project was developed to determine the impact of delinquency on the liquidity of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Campesina COOPAC agency Riobamba in the period 2020 - 2021. To determine the causes of failure and how these affect the liquidity of the cooperative, the deductive method was used with a type of documentary and field research, with a non-experimental design, we worked with three types of population, the documentary financial statements, delinquent partners and credit and collection staff, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, the techniques used were observation, survey and documentary analysis, the instruments used direct observation and questionnaires that were applied to credit and collection staff, and the partners who were late in the payment of their credit installments, in addition, financial indicators were applied to determine the degree of liquidity, activity, profitability, indebtedness, and delinquency of the cooperative. With those mentioned above, it will be announced what the causes for which negligence occurs and how these affect the liquidity of the cooperative, to issue a criterion about the processes of granting and recovery of credits, and finally, the conclusions will be issued. And recommendations are the same ones addressed to the directors and employees of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Campesina COOPAC agency Riobamba for decision-making.
