| Samenvatting: | This project was documentary research. This work used scientific reports. The main objective was to prove how respiratory physiotherapy improves people infected by tuberculosis. This method is effective for the respiratory system. As a result, patient recovery is greatly affected. During the data-gathering stage, it was collected 75 scientific articles. However, 35 in both languages: English and Spanish, were chosen. The database with the most relevant information for the variables was Scielo, Dial net, PubMed. Each article was validated based on the PEDro scale, where it was obtained the results in the treatment of patients who presented a failure in the respiratory system. In conclusion, it was obtained that respiratory physiotherapy is crucial in patients who have had tuberculosis.
