| Summary: | In the Educational Unit "Monsignor Leónidas Proaño" there are difficulties observed in the learning of important Ecuadorian literary works , due to the fact that students may not be able to follow the sequence of the story, they possess scarce interest in reading, poor of vocabulary, deficiencies in the decoding of texts and little prior knowledge, this could have an impact on its low academic performance, this is evident during the diagnostic process where a 68% of students were detected with a low level of learning for literary works. As an alternative to these difficulties this research that seeks to improve the learning of the Ecuadorian literary work Huasipungo through a radio drama aimed at students in the seventh year of basic education of the Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit "Monsignor Leónidas Proaño" is presented for the production process of a teaching tool the following methods were handled: Scientific and hypothetical-deductive; the types of research managed were: of field and applied. During the research process the following results were obtained: the square Chi reached a value of 17.14 to the fall in the acceptance the alternative hypothesis is accepted, moreover analysis corroborates the observation guide the production of radio theater influenced by 88% in compliance with the learning objectives of the work, these results allow to recommend to the production of the radio play based on the Ecuadorian "Huasipungo" as an educational tool for language arts subject that affects students learning in the seventh year of basic education of the Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit "Monsignor Leónidas Proaño" |
