要約:Soft skills, or social skills, are fundamental to achieving the life project. The objective of this research was to propose a guide of ludic activities for the development of soft skills, assertive communication, and resilience to achieve the life project of the students of General Basic Education of the Cicalpa Educational Unit, knowing that at present there is a lack of evidence in the development of soft skills. The research was supported by information from primary sources and the researcher's contribution with criteria that adjust to reality. The research methodology had a mixed approach because it systematically combines the quantitative and qualitative approaches in a single investigation, which allows the analysis of the data together and achieves a complete understanding of the phenomenon under investigation, in addition to the diagnostic and descriptive levels, with a non-experimental research design and with a propositive objective. After all, it proposes a theoretical solution to a problem of which a previous diagnosis was made. However, it has also been carried out based on the analysis of theories that support the proposal of the playful activities guide. Similarly, the observation technique and data collection instrument used was the observation sheet elaborated with 14 items using the Likert scale, which were distributed in questions to evaluate the soft skills variable concerning the components resilience, assertive communication, and life project, the analysis and interpretation of the data was carried out, with the results obtained through the diagnosis showed a moderate-low level in the development of soft skills. In conclusion, the proposal of the playful activities guide will allow students to acquire and strengthen skills such as resilience, assertive communication, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking, which are essential for their integral development.
