Engadir etiqueta | Summary: | The participatory budgets have become socialisation mechanisms, information, distribution and accountability of the resources that the decentralized autonomous governments handle. It is considered this action as an event that ensures fairness in what is distributed with the local development as a goal to be achieved. The Government decentralized autonomous province of Chimborazo interfered in the development of this sector of the country, has applied the distribution of resources on the basis of what people see as necessary. This research inquired how is convened stakeholders to participate in its elaboration, the effectiveness and the shortcomings that are presented to invite citizens, and the level of satisfaction reached when its requirements are considered. With regard to the methodology employed: used the analytical method - Synthetic, inductive - deductive. The research was conducted in the field and took the theoretical foundation that is found in the literature to carry out the construction of the theoretical framework. The survey was used for the collection of the information. The results were presented in tables and graphics statistics, accompanied by analysis and interpretation. The results identified that communication is a fundamental axis in the construction of the participatory budgets, however, needs to be improved the way in which the actors are requested to attendance at meetings to discuss and approve what aspects will be invested resources. From this investigation the authorities of GADP-Ch must make decisions which will make it possible in the first place to improve the level of communication as a support for the development of the participatory budget; secondly, empower the chimboracenses on a processes that enables development; and third, make the continuous improvement of the activity so that a greater number of people involved in the activity. |
