Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | This study focuses on the incidence of social public spending on the human development index in Ecuador during the period 2000 - 2014, this research has as principal objective to analyze the incidence of the independent variable that is denominated as public social expenditure on the dependent variable that is the human development index of Ecuador within the present study, so official data were handled of the Central Bank of Ecuador, the Fiscal Policy Observatory and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, with the purpose of obtaining real data, These are reflected by tables and graphs that have allowed to know the behavior of the variables, Therefore, the content of this research is divided into four chapters, detailed below: Chapter I, Referential Framework, consists of the problem statement, the formulation of the problem, the general and specific objectives and the justification of the problem, demonstrating in this chapter the problematic by which the research is produced and the objectives that it seeks to fulfill in order to demonstrate its importance. Chapter II, Theoretical Framework, includes concepts and characteristics that support Social Public Expenditure, Considering the theories on which it is based for the different analyzes of the current situation of Ecuador. Chapter HI, Methodological Framework, is the methodology used in the research, which is the analysis of data acquired on Social Public Expenditure, Human Development Index and variables that were considered within the linear regression model, the same that was done through the Eviews program. Chapter IV contains the conclusions that were obtained at the end of the research process and the recommendations to be considered tor the execution of the Social Public Expenditure and Human Development Index of Ecuador. |
