La terapia familiar sistémica y su eficacia en la superación del alcoholismo en los trabajadores del “Hotel Zeus” de riobamba, período septiembre-diciembre 2011

The general objective of this research work is to analyse the efficiency of the Systemic familiar Therapy and the overcoming of Alcoholism in the workers at “Zeus Hotel”, in the city of Riobamba, Ecuador. Therefore, hypothesis is “The Systemic Familiar Therapy is efficient in overcoming alcoholism” The study to be done will start with the “scientific method”, in base of the necessary procedures , premises and attitudes, with the application of the inductive-deductiveanalytic methods, and it will be a work of a no experimental and transversal field research, since it will be developed in the context in which the phenomenon is evident, in a determined time. It is in the period from September to December 2011. For gathering the data were used personal, familiar and work interviews. Clinical histories were done as well as the test of “AUDIT” was applied (to the workers). So using all these strategies and methods, the presence of alcoholism was identified, and it was determined that, there is familiar dysfunction and problems in the work area in the 100% cases of Alcoholism. Moreover, it could be probed that alcohol consumption was the determinant factor for the familiar dysfunction and the difficulties in the work area
