সংক্ষিপ্ত:This research, entitled "Human Talent Management to Promote Quality Service in the Yanahurco Community, located in the Pujilí Canton, Cotopaxi Province," analyzes the relationship between human talent management and quality service. A quantitative, correlational, and cross-sectional methodology was used, with a sample of 6 employees, 10 community leaders, and 372 tourists. Data were collected via Likert-scale surveys, and Spearman's rho was used for analysis. Excel and IBM SPSS statistical software were used to tabulate and process the data. The results revealed a statistically significant negative correlation between the two variables (Rho = -0.053, p = 0.028). The specific hypotheses did not show a significant relationship between talent management and the dimensions of quality service. The research concludes that service quality in this community is more closely tied to indigenous cultural values than to formal human talent management processes. As a proposal, a comprehensive training plan was designed focusing on customer service, safety, tour guiding, and basic English in tourism, with evaluation strategies and continuous monitoring to strengthen the sustainability of community tourism.
