| Περίληψη: | ABSTRACT The investigation entitled Kaltenborn Technique in the postsurgical Physiotherapeutic treatment of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament of the knee, in patients who have suffered ACL rupture and who have undergone reconstructive surgery, analyzed 35 scientific documents and books with information on the subject, valued scientifically and selected using the PEDro, ACC and SJR scale. The cause of the ACL rupture is given by pivoting, changes of direction in an incorrect way, causing rupture, being visualized in young patients, whether they are athletes or that leads to reconstruction surgery, then a Kaltenborn orthopedic manual technique is applied and the goal is to improve range of motion, decrease pain, and intra-articular pressure. It is a bibliographic review with a scientific method, we find the most relevant information on the research topic, it is non-experimental, documentary, qualitative, and quantitative, its method is logical, deductive, analytical, and descriptive, after evaluating them by the PEDro scale and to analyze them, a group of articles was selected for the development of the research, which demonstrates the efficacy of orthopedic manual therapy, that is, the Kaltenborn technique, the results obtained were also analyzed and the comparison with other techniques identifying greater effectiveness if it is done correctly and in conjunction with other physiotherapeutic treatments.
