| Izvleček: | This bibliographic review is conducted entitled: Nursing interventions in patients with preeclampsia, considering the activities performed by the nursing professional within the health units by providing care, especially to vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, who can trigger preeclampsia; disease attributed to a complication of pregnancy that can occur from the 20th week of gestation or second weeks after delivery, positioning itself as the third cause of morbidity and mortality. The primary study objective was to systematize research on nursing activities through the analysis of previous studies on the care of users with this pathology. Several documents were selected, of which 206 articles were taken for the literature review of the scientific bases: Scielo, Scopus, Pubmed, E-Book, ProQuest, Google Scholar and Ebook Central, published between 2014 and 2019, which allowed the realization of the triangulation and analysis of them to obtain the pertinent information, carrying out the respective discussion and study. The main nursing actions were determined, according to the authors' coincidence, which were related to the Nurse Intervention Classification (NIC) interventions, among which are: personalized interview, patient and family counseling, general physical examination, sign monitoring vital, neurological monitoring, monitoring patellar reflexes, pain assessment, fluid control, edema monitoring, medication administration, oxygen therapy, prescribed diet counseling, comfort measures, emotional support, interpretation of laboratory data and nursing records. |
