Análisis de ingresos y gastos del “GADM”, cantón Pallatanga y su incidencia en la ejecución presupuestaria, período 2018.

The Municipal Governments are entities that enjoy fiscal, political and administrative autonomy within the terms that have been determined by the Constitution and by each of the decentralization laws that exist in the country, where their main purpose is to carry out works that help meet the needs of the population and cantonal development. The present research work “Analysis of Income and Expenditure of the“GADM”, canton Pallatanga and its impact on budget execution, period 2018”, was carried out with the purpose of knowing based on which a budget is prepared and how it is managed budget execution in the institution. It begins with the description of the situation detected according to the management of the budget, in the same way to give the situations that justify the importance of the research, and the objectives that allow us to develop this study with its respective hypothesis. The State of the Art includes the background of investigations related to the subject, the generalities of the Municipal GAD of Pallatanga, as well as the theoretical references on Income, Expenses and Budget Execution. The methodology to be used in the research was based on the deductive method, documentary type, non-experimental design and its level is descriptive. The population was made up of all the officials working in the Financial Department to whom an interview and a survey were applied, which helped us to gather relevant information. In the Results and Discussion we proceeded to organize the information collected to subsequently carry out the respective analysis with its interpretation that later helped us to elaborate both the conclusions and the recommendations that are focused on the results obtained and in order to improve the institutional management.
