Riassunto:ABSTRACT: The object of study of this research was the community work as a process of social interaction for the inhabitants of the Cacha parish. Its purpose was to study the hierarchy, structure, systematization and functions which allowed us to identify, strengthen and promote the community work as a means of interaction for years. There was an interest in carrying out this work, and it was to empower the situation or reality existing in the indigenous sectors that are far from urbanizations, so that they always bear in mind the actions to carry out for their community development over the years, thanks to the permanence of their customs, traditions and culture that stand out for solving problems, fully focusing on their basic needs through community coexistence. The purpose of this study was to allow society to know, so that it does not forget about the ancestral customs that indigenous peoples have and the constant respect that they carry through their standards and values, in this case in the Cacha parish, that despite the fact that as years go by, this tradition of the community work always remains, considering it a collective work for the purpose of social benefit for the common welfare, through an advance convocation by a leader or president in charge of representing the parish. Keywords: social interaction, community work, Cacha parish, culture, tradition, structure, functions, systematization.
