| Sumari: | Child sexual abuse of children and adolescents is a serious violation of their rights. It generates lasting psychological consequences. The primary objective of this research is to examine the psychological impacts during childhood and adolescence. The study uses a bibliographic and descriptive approach. To support the research, 20 scientific articles were selected for review. These were published between 2015 and 2025 in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, Scielo, and ProQuest. The selection used Boolean operators and keywords on child sexual abuse. The methodology applied the PRISMA approach to screen and evaluate articles. Studies that did not meet requirements were excluded. The CRF-QS (Critical Review Form-Quantitative Study) scale measured the methodological quality of quantitative articles. This scale includes specific parameters for article inclusion. The results show that sexual abuse is among the most severe forms of violence. Acts involving direct physical contact or penetration have higher rates among minors. Psychological consequences include behavioral and personality changes, emotional difficulties, cognitive changes, suicide risk, and wide impacts on psychological well-being. |
