Add Tag | Summary: | The objective of this research project is to analyze the perception of corporal pain and physical activities in inactive workers of the GADM Riobamba. The sample was intentional and consisted of 15 members (3 men and 12 women), with ages between 25 and 55 years. In the investigation, the visual scale of EVA was used to evaluate the pain and the subjective perception scale of the BORG effort to measure the degree of effort that the individual perceives when exercising. The present investigation is of quasi-experimental type, since it consisted of a previous test and a subsequent test through the intervention of the bailotherapy program, it is transversal and of qualitative quantum character, in turn the program of bailoterapia was applied in the 15 workers of the GADM Riobamba, having a duration of six weeks from Monday to Friday one hour a day. In the variable of body pain perception through the visual analogue scale, EVA reflected positive changes between the previous test, obtaining as a result of the dance therapy program a very significant change. Relate the incidence of the bailotherapy program with the corporal pains of the 15 inactive workers, for the improvement of professional performance. |
