Estrés de las internas rotativas deenfermería de la universidad nacional de Chimborazo y su influencia en el desarrollo de las prácticas hospitalarias durante el periodo enero a junio 2010¨.

This research entitled Rotary internal stress of Nursing, National University of Chimborazo and its influence on the development of hospital practices for the period January to June 2010, aimed at identifying the stressors in nursing Rotary Internal. In this study we used the deductive method is qualitative and quantitative type, crosssectional, retrospective, descriptive and ethnographic. To collect the data was used as the survey techniques and observation, and instruments such as the questionnaire, stress test and an observation guide. This will work with the whole universe consisted of 30 internal promotion nursing 2009-2010 belonging to the university. The conclusions obtained in accordance with the objectives that the factors we always produce stress are: types of questions in oral and written assessments, preparation of statements and assessments, treatment of teachers, tutoring in the areas of practice. Rarely produce stress the lack of relationship between the content of study and career prospects, practice area, boarding regulation, study habits, competition for high grades.
