Crynodeb:This work aims to study the temporal variation of the concentration of nitrates in the underground water of the Llío and San Pablo sectors to determine the possible incidence of anthropic activities in it. It was carrying out a bibliographic review of water quality studies to fulfill this purpose. In addition to that, thematic cartography was designed to help define areas of influence, so afterward describes Geology-Stratigraphy, field capacity, and infiltration in this area. Those mentioned above allowed us to identify the anthropic activities present in the area to determine their influence on the two sectors mentioned before. The water quality data was used to determine its geochemical composition and nitrate concentration from 2016 to 2019. The results show that the water found in this area is calcium-magnesium bicarbonate type, the water quality is good. The variation in nitrates does not exceed the maximum permitted limits of the standards. But interpretation is observed in the concentration of nitrates. According to the analysis, they have an anthropic and natural origin since they originate on the upper part's surface, especially in areas where there are pastures and crops. The effect of the nitrogen cycle mainly manifests the presence of this concentration.
