Propuesta de un sistema de gestión ambiental basado en la norma iso 14001:2015 para la Empresa Hidraaconst. Cia. Ltda

HIDRAACONST CIA.LTDA, is a company dedicated to the building and remodeling of different civil work. It is a high-risk activity because of the environmental impacts that pollute the environment and the inexistence of an environmental management system that contributes to sustainability. That is why this work is based on the proposal of an environmental management system founded on the ISO 14001:2015 norm. The goal is to mitigate the environmental impact aspects and give an adequate disposal of urban solid residue to maintain an efficient use of natural recourses. The methodology used is in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 norm, based on the improvement process established on three phases: the first is about the environmental diagnostic of the company where the impacts identified and the projects executed are: removal of plant cover, particulate material, noise, and generation of urban solid residue. The degree of accomplishment of the ISO 14001:2015 norm showed that 2% of the requirements are implemented in the company and 86% fulfillment of legal and other requirements according to the current applicable legislation. The second phase includes the Environmental Management System, where the environmental policy is proposed, and objectives, plans and programs were established. The last phase consists on the elaboration of the Environmental Management System, where good environmental practices, and a document with procedures to control the aspects and environmental impacts to facilitate its implementation are established.
