Human Resource Management worries to strengthen its internal structure in order to project to the outside world conquest. In this context, people are no longer regarded as a necessary resource but replaceable within the organizational and functional structure, to become the most important of which capital depends on the good or bad functioning of the organization. Following this example, G4S SECURE SOLUTIONS ECUADOR CIA. LTDA. It is dedicated to provide private security services; it has seen the necessity to improve Human Resource Management through the implementation of a management system of human talent. The objective is to encourage a modern management, which allows high levels of satisfaction among its employees. The analysis made to the current processes, develop corrective actions in the proposal, the same that will benefit to the company. The proper use given to the project, with responsibility of the Department of Human Talent depends on the fulfillment of their goals. En la propuesta se presenta un modelo a seguir para el proceso de Gestión del Talento Humano, el mismo que con su aplicación permitirá utilizar y desarrollar habilidades de los colaboradores que ayuden a que en la organización se logre un mejor desempeño laboral y consecuentemente se vuelva más fuerte, productiva y rentable. In this proposal a role model for the process of Human Resource Management is presented, the same as in its application will enable use and develop skills of employees that help the organization achieve a better work performance and consequently become stronger, productive and profitable. |
