Shrnutí:The main objective of this research work is to determine the organizational culture and its impact on job performance in the micro-enterprise "Vaca Marina" in the Riobamba city. The tools for collecting information and data that were applied were the survey with the Likert scale, which was made up of 17 items of the two variables. The methodology applied is hypothetical-deductive, with a non-experimental design since the variables are not manipulated, it is descriptive and field type. In addition, for the validation of the instrument, Cronbach’s Alpha Reliability analysis was applied, the calculation was done using SPSS software. It is important that employees through the applied instruments can give us different answers to know what the main problems are within the organization. The results show that the organizational culture in the company is weak in relation to job performance. Therefore, strategies are proposed that provide solutions to the problems presented by the micro- enterprise “Vaca Marina”, which lead to improving the work environment of employees in order to achieve higher levels of growth in the organization.
