The Design Thinking methodology was used to develop the web application, which allows empathizing, defining, devising, creating prototypes, and evaluating the brainstorming generated to improve the application's quality and performance. For the analysis of the web application's performance, we focused on three sub-characteristics, such as temporal behavior, response time and resource utilization, RAM memory, and storage memory, providing results that allow for web application improvement. The performance tests of the web application were carried out using the Apache JMeter tool by means of simulations, sending requests in real-time, thus obtaining a report of the behavior of the web application. Evidencing a satisfactory performance with an average response time of 0.508 seconds, RAM memory usage of 39%, and low storage consumption of 1%, suggesting efficient resource management. |
