| Gaia: | ABSTRACT: The current research work entitled innovation strategies in continuing virtual education as an entrepreneurship initiative in Riobamba addresses entrepreneurship as a crucial business activity that has been enhanced by technological advancement and globalization. It focuses on the importance of education in personal and work development, highlighting the need for innovation and adaptability in education. Particularly in unexpected contexts such as the pandemic. Regarding the methodology, it adopts a hypothetical deductive approach with the aim of defining innovation strategies in virtual continuing education in Riobamba. The results, assessed using the Cronbach scale, suggest high reliability and consistency in the research. The reliability coefficient of 0.977 indicates a strong correlation between the items and a reliable measurement of the underlying construct. The conclusions and recommendations focus on how innovation strategies in virtual continuing education can positively influence entrepreneurship initiatives in Riobamba. Finally, it could be evidenced that several strategies are proposed to improve virtual continuing education, including the use of collaborative platforms, gamification, interactive content, virtual mentoring, dynamic assessment, and project-based learning. |
