| Резюме: | The present work was developed whit the objective of determining the affected coping and adaptation factors in hypertensive patients according to the Callista Roy measurement scale. Hypertension is one of the most common chronic non-communicable diseases in adults, being the main risk factor for cardiovascular alterations; the prevalence of this disease increases whit age, causing consequences that affect the independence reaching the disability whit repercussions in coping and adherence to treatment. A descriptive, documentary, cross-sectional study was carried out, with a qualitative – quantitative approach. The documentary review of the project database of Palliative Care in Non-communicable Chronic Diseases was carried out. Health District Chambo-Riobamba that is running in the nursing career. The five factors of coping and adaptation that showed alterations of element 2, in the age group of 65-79 years, ware evaluated, proposing actions that support the decision making for the care of the hypertensive patient according to NANDA, NOC, NIC. |
