要約:The present research “Influence of the temperature and the Time in the Preservation of the protein P30 in Solid Supports was made with the purpose of determining this score in different solid supports as hisopados of genitals, internal and external intimate articles and dressing, intimate clothes, sheets, towels, paper, gloves of managing, carpets to different temperatures kept them previously before five years, as support for the laboratorist in case of any forensic expertise. The mentioned protein is detected, even if the supposed aggressor suffers of azoospermia, or submitted to vasectomy, which preservation was demonstrated by mentioned test, specifically by a test inmunocromatográfic, previously the recovery of the mentioned protein through of the established technology that will react with the antibody monoclonal mobile inhumanly P30 and one complex mobile – antibody that was forming the second stripe in the cassette, confirming the positivity of the test on detected protein P30 in different solid supports where seminal liquid can stick fast. Considering that the denaturalization of the mentioned protein, where can be undetectable through the help of this test in the solid support that happen to high temperatures to 90ºC or more. As a result of the analysis reflected that the freezing is the most ideal temperature of preserving solid support thinking that the freezing preserves intact the protein P30 obtaining 100 % of positivity, followed by refrigeration obtaining 89 % and temperature sets 87 % taking account that the test that came out negative they weren`t packed and preserved in a correct way.
