Označite | Izvleček: | This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the art electro chemiluminescence in early detection of toxoplasmosis in pregnant women attending antenatal care in the General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital in the city of Guaranda in the period from December 2013 to May 2014. in addition the following research aims to know the reaction that produces the Toxoplasma gondii once it enters the human body, as well as exposing the presence of anti-Toxoplasma gondii (IgG) and anti-Toxoplasma gondii (IgM) using the qualitative technique electroquimioluminicencia, using samples serum and blood plasma of patients attending the Hospital already mentioned above, and finally the analysis and interpretation of results, once implemented the correct procedure for the analysis detection of toxoplasmosis in 178 samples previously collected in tubes red cap, 2% led to positive results while 98% were negative, the same as recorded in field research, systemized in tables and graphs, played with theoretical foundations and empirical data. |
