Shrnutí:The challenges posed by education are increasingly challenging and require urgent responses to day-to-day difficulties in the classroom, methodologies, technological resources and appropriate didactic strategies. However, the problem remains due to the weak use of didactic guides that allow them to relate the educational context with the didactic, in an adequate way as builders of transdisciplinary knowledge. Hence, the objective of the study was to propose an interactive didactic guide using Sway to facilitate the learning process of Animal Biology “Vertebrates”. The research had a quantitative approach, the data obtained were represented in statistical diagrams for subsequent analysis and interpretation, the design was non-experimental and the type of research by level was descriptive. In addition, a survey was used as a technique to collect data and a Microsoft Forms questionnaire as an instrument, which was used to develop a questionnaire of 10 closed questions, applied to 15 students legally enrolled in the fourth semester in the subject of Animal Biology. After the analysis and interpretation of the results, it was concluded that the proposal related to interactive didactics through Sway is considered excellent, 87% of the students totally agree that the didactic guide orients the learning of vertebrates, as it is designed with multimedia educational resources and graphic organizers, it becomes entertaining. Therefore, it is recommended to use the guide as a resource that facilitates learning, allowing dialectical interaction and the development of pedagogical and technological skills.
