Descripció
Sumari:This thesis applies the antiglobulin test in order to assess the incompatibility reaction in vitro to face RhD total and partial RBCs in users served in the Department of Transfusion Medicine Provincial General Teaching Hospital of Riobamba, the antigenic structure of groups blood Rh is diverse, five antigens make up this structure, these are the most clinically relevant, antibodies are the result of antigenic stimulation, this work is valued for antibodies to RhD group people identified as partial D, which means that in this type of user is generated as a structural part of this blood group, who perform tests pre transfusion these elements come together and is generated in tests called agglutination reaction that occur in the body translates as a hemolytic reaction by incompatible blood transfusion. The immunologic tests applied are blood type Rh, evidence of direct and indirect Coombs, its results are tabulated to generate information on achievements in this research work, the hypothesis states posed managing to detect hemolytic reaction and the reactions to the patient before a blood transfusion, scientific, deductive and inductive method for this work thus achieving the objectives is used, it is concluded in this study that the use of tests Coombs guarantees transfusion practice with direct Coombs status is assessed post transfusion before a transfusion practice with the prevention of incompatibility, it is important to control transfusion so the recommendation to apply direct Coombs test especially in patients with rare or special in their blood groups immunological structure.
