總結:The research focuses on improving heading technique and vertical jump in youth football players of the Chambo cantonal league, as these two aspects are important in football, especially in aerial plays such as clearances, shots, and crosses. This is why the objective is to analyze the heading technique and vertical jump of youth football players, develop a training program to improve the heading technique, and relate the heading results to the vertical jump capacity. For this purpose, a mixed approach was used, both quantitative and qualitative. The Sargent Test was used to measure the players' jumping ability before and after the training program. Additionally, a technical evaluation was conducted using a heading rubric to observe precision, timing, and control during the jump. The sample consisted of 14 players selected for convenience, and the methodology included direct observation and analysis of the results using descriptive statistics. Showing in the results that in the pretest the majority of the players were in low and medium ranges in terms of jump capacity. After the training program, an improvement in jump capacity was observed, with an average increase of 5.5 cm in the participants. Additionally, the players showed significant improvements in heading technique, with greater precision and control when executing the movement, especially in dynamic and real-game situations. Concluding that the specific training program had a positive impact on the heading technique and jumping ability of the youth football players.
