Samenvatting:ABSTRACT: This degree work was carried out based on the theme titled: "Microcredits of COAC Riobamba Ltda., Agencia Guano and their impact on the microbusiness development of Guano Canton, 2020-2021 periods". The aim was to determine if microcredit is an important factor in the local economy, generating value creation and the development of microbusinesses, which are managed by microentrepreneurs. The proposed objectives were: to diagnose the extent to which microcredits granted by COAC Riobamba Ltda., Agencia Guano, impact the development of microbusinesses in Guano Canton; to theoretically compare how microcredits granted by COAC Riobamba in Guano Canton are related to the development of microbusinesses in the periods 2020 and 2021 through a situational analysis; and finally, to design strategies for improving the microbusiness development of COAC Riobamba Ltda., Agencia Guano's partners in the years 2020-2021. The work is divided into 6 chapters: Chapter I. Introduction, Chapter II. Theoretical Framework, Chapter III. Methodology, Chapter IV. Results and Discussion, Chapter V. Conclusions and Recommendations, Chapter VI. Proposal. The theoretical framework provides knowledge about the institution and cooperatives in Ecuador, their level of participation and competitors, from macro to micro, with a series of deductions, analysis, and information search required for the study. The methodology applies the hypothetical-deductive method, generates a hypothesis, and tests its affirmations or nullity. Techniques such as descriptive and field research were used, including 304 surveys directed towards partners who had access to microcredit from COAC Riobamba Ltda. at Agencia Guano in 2020 and 2021. Additionally, an interview was conducted with the coordinator of Agencia Guano.
