Etiketle | Özet: | ABSTRACT: The problems related to human rights violations in accordance with gender discrimination and violence against women is a topic that has become special for the jurisprudence of different countries, analyzing weaknesses, as well as successes in legal aspects of both the European Court of Human Rights as well as Ecuadorian jurisprudence, its purpose seeks equity and equality of the rights that they guarantee to solve the current problem regarding gender discrimination based on human rights, to achieve the objective of the project, documented cases of relevance related to the subject, in this way sufficient knowledge was acquired to enrich the bibliography on the topic proposed in higher level educational units in Ecuador. By collecting data in digital media and bibliography for the acquisition and enrichment of this project, through information analysis methods, the data obtained in relation to national and foreign jurisprudence is objectiveized in order to know the applicable regulations and the differences that exist between the two, to help unify the Law for the common good. Among the main results of the project is that superficially in many cases there is respect for human rights where people who have been violated are compensated in different ways. There are other cases in which, due to violence that has escalated to the level of physical or sexual violence or greater psychological impact, penalties have been imposed that deprive the person of their freedom, in addition to comprehensive reparations in economic terms, for which concludes that it is necessary to update current laws so that it is not misused for the particular interests of certain groups and becomes an efficient and effective defense tool for those who really need it.
