Catálogo infográfico digital, para poner en valor los instrumentos andinos del Ecuador.

Infographics as a graphic resource allow complex information to be presented visually; thus, the information becomes simple, easy, and quick to understand, but, above all, visually attractive to the public. That is why, thanks to the constant technological and digital expansion, these types of resources gain strength in complex fields, such as scientific, social, and anthropological. It is how this visual resource is applied in the evident cultural ignorance about Andean musical instruments. The same ones have been considered, considering that Ecuador is part of the Interandean region and has an Andean heritage and roots, providing a vast cultural wealth that must be spread and valued. This investigative work covers the mentioned problem by constructing a digital infographic catalog, which allows us to know, learn, and value the different Andean instruments of Ecuador. For this, we have worked under extensive bibliographic research and compilation of relevant data taken from specific quotas of the population of Riobamba, considering teachers, students, and music fans. In addition, concepts, methodologies, techniques, and information about musical theory and Andean musical instruments have been taken. On the other hand, essential infographic elements are recognized through technical sheets, which subsequently allow the generation of a methodology for creating infographics, which has been analyzed under technical and aesthetic criteria. Likewise, fundamental design and composition elements have been considered for producing scientific and educational infographics, which comprise the digital catalog.
