| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | This research titled "Elaboration of an Intercultural Coexistence Code in students of Second of Technical Baccalaureate parallel "A," of the Professional Figure of Installations, Equipment and Electrical Machines of Carlos Cisneros Educational Unit,” aimed at the prevention, treatment, and peaceful resolution of conflicts, as a result of the psychological or physical abuse of which the actors of the educational community may be victims, especially students, either because of their beliefs, skin color, ideologies, customs, among others, and in this way strengthen school coexistence from an intercultural approach. The existing documents were reviewed for this purpose, taking as a fundamental basis the current Institutional Coexistence Code, a document that, for the most part, does not operatively mainstream the intercultural approach. As it does not fulfill its primary objective, which improves school coexistence and that in turn presents several gaps, ambiguities, and inconsistencies, thus lending itself to misinterpretations and assumptions that facilitate or help the violation of rights and obligations. The research was developed under the qualitative approach and statistical method, using as a sample the students, parents, teachers, and authorities of the educational unit. As techniques and instruments, the survey's structured observation through the list of frequency and questionnaires was applied. They were used to determine the elements that make up the proposal and the need to develop an Intercultural Coexistence Code that governs the intercultural life of the "Carlos Cisneros" Educational Unit, essential to promote moral, ethical, and cultural values and thus fulfill the commitments that allow the inclusion of all members of the institution. |
