| الملخص: | The "Emotional intelligence research project and assertive communication in students of the first semester of the Career of Psych pedagogy of UNACH" arises from the reduced ability of students to express their feelings and emotions toward others; the students are in the stage in which they can perceive, understand and regulate their emotions, with the realization of this research is intended to identify the scales of emotional intelligence and its relationship with assertive communication, all this is developed through quantitative analysis, knowing that the central objective is to determine the relationship that exists between emotional intelligence and proactive communication, to establish dimensions of assertiveness in the first semester students of the UNACH Psych pedagogy career. The methodology used in the research has a no experimental design by not manipulating the object of the variables, with a correlative level or scope, where it is analyzed by the primary thing of the analytical approach, with a field analysis and a type of cross-sectional study. Another field was applied a sample by clusters that correspond to all students in the first semester of the career of Psychopedagogy, composed of 35 students. The techniques to be used are Psychometric in consideration of the TMMS-24 Test that complies with the variables of the research since it provides an analysis of 24 questions that are arranged in 3 groups: emotional attention, emotional clarity, and emotional reparation of the students of the first semester of the psycho-pedagogical career of UNACH. In conclusion, the development of the research project must consider appropriate techniques that provide truthful results to observe specific parameters that serve for the psychological review of students, taking into account the bibliographic resource that was supported for the research. |
