Yhteenveto:The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of financial management on the profitability of the company One Show Business, a company dedicated to the sale of food and beverages at mass events in Ecuador, has faced different challenges in terms of expense management, inventory management and adequate liquidity, which generates an impact on its profitability. The research was of a hypothetical-deductive type, the technique used was surveys applied to the 10 workers and an interview with the general manager of the company. The results show that there is no adequate financial management, in addition there is no good inventory management within each event, lack of cost control and there is no satisfactory relationship between profits and expenses. Faced with these challenges, different strategies are proposed that address the generation of new contracts, expense control through a system, financial planning for new investments, a system for calculating the break-even point, profit and cost analysis, and adequate inventory management. These strategies seek to improve the financial management of the organization and therefore find the profitability of the organization and position itself as a strong company in the market it is developing.
