GESTIÓN DE RIESGOS MAYORES EN EL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO DE LA PARROQUIA SEVILLA GAD.s: ELABORACIÓN DE UN PLAN DE EMERGENCIA”.

The Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Government of Seville is a Public Institution located in the Province of Chimborazo, Alausí Canton, the present investigation proposes: Major Risk Management in the Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Government of Seville GAD.s: Elaboration of an emergency plan, for precause and mitigate natural and anthropic risks, the research focus is field and descriptive, so this research is focused on protecting the integrity of staff during an emergency, making an Emergency Plan, to determine what are the risks to those that can be exposed, by using methods that help to mitigate them, given that the MEIPE Method was used to evaluate the vulnerability that presents itself before an earthquake and mudslides giving a medium level of affectation, since it was identified, measured and evaluated; while, the vulnerability that occurs in a fire is high, so it can be interpreted that the implementation of an Emergency Plan within the GAD.s is necessary to improve the response capacity, the MESERI method helps us to evaluate the risks of the company, in which a risk level of 3.63 was determined, which is why it is considered an important level of risk, given that the method tells us that you should not start your activity until the risk has been reduced. Therefore, it is proposed to prepare an Emergency Plan, since it is a document that tells us how to act during an emergency, with the formation of their respective brigades, so that they can act effectively during an emergency to prevent the integrity of the worker.
