Тойм:The main objective of this research study that was carried out at the National University of Chimborazo, with students of the sixth semester, period 2024 - 1s of Pedagogy of Experimental Sciences, Chemistry and Biology of the Faculty of Education Sciences, Humanities and Technologies. The problem was the limited application of constructivist methodologies. The objective was to propose the implementation of Gamification and Gowin's V as an educational strategy to contribute to the teaching-learning process of Biodiversity of Ecuador: Flora, Fauna and Endangered Species in students. The methodology had a non-experimental design, was of basic type, descriptive by level, by field location and bibliographic and had an inductive method, the population was 24 students. The technique was the survey in the study group and the selected instrument was a questionnaire. The results showed that the implementation of Gamification (jenga) and Gowin's V contributed to the improvement of learning. In conclusion, the implementation of these educational strategies had a positive impact on the educational process, improving student performance. As an indication, the implementation and use of the didactic manual “Ecostack Challenge” is promoted as a pedagogical support.
