| Zusammenfassung: | The objective of this work is to compile bibliographic information on the identification of the mitochondrial corpuscle of epithelial cells. They are in the nails of victims of violent deaths by using databases from recognized sources to provide documentary support. The study to be carried out is cross-sectional since it indicates that the observation was carried out in a moment. Also, according to the chronology of the events, it is retrospective. The files will provide information, documents, publications of events that have occurred. The specimen's selection complies with the adequate details presented in the project profile, and various bibliographies were chosen, scientific articles from forensic journals, books, government publications, theses, and specific web pages, taking into account that the applied study method will be theoretical. The clues are discovered in the content of the nails and also remnants of the dermis or epidermis. That is essential to determine if there is the presence of DNA, using the moistened swab technique that will be analyzed, in which the hematoxylin stain will be applied -Eosin for microscopic observation. The conclusion is that the epithelial cell harvesting technique is a guideline test. It will determine if there are epithelial cells on a surface. So that a DNA determination can be made, and will allow avoiding the expenditure of resources from the state. The experts can obtain a reference sample at the time of carrying out complementary analyses. |
