Descripció
Sumari:Public policies are the set of actions that the State of a country undertakes with the objective of transforming a specific reality in a specific space and time, while the sustainability of watershed conservation refers to the dynamic balance between nature and human interaction with its environment. The objective of this research is to determine the incidence of public policies in the field of sustainability that promote the conservation of the watersheds and the ecosystem of the LlinLlin Santa Fé community. The methodology applied is a mixed approach with a non-experimental design of an explanatory type with a descriptive level and applying surveys to 307 people belonging to the LlinLlin community. As results, it was obtained that the perception of public policies in the community of LlinLlin Santa Fé is predominantly neutral, which reflects limitations in the implementation of environmental regulations, the lack of clarity in them and limited community participation in decision-making. In conclusion, it is highlighted that the impact of public policies in the area of sustainability in the community is moderate, with important areas of opportunity. Although there are policies aimed at the conservation of the watersheds and the ecosystem, their effectiveness is limited due to the lack of clarity in the regulations.
