Sumario:The use of technological tools in education has provided several advantages for the learning process, such as catching students' attention in class. This research aims to use eXeLearning as a development tool for the creation of virtual learning objects for factoring techniques among ninth year students of Elementary General Education at the La Salle Educational Unit. The study uses a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, a descriptive and propositional level, and is a field and cross-sectional research. The population consists on ninth-year students of Upper General Elementary Education (Parallel A, B, and C). To collect information, a survey was conducted based on two main criteria: the teaching resources used in class and the teaching methodology. In addition, to identify students' learning levels, an objective test was administered that included both theoretical and procedural questions. The results showed that 63% of students with an average grade of 5.71 did not achieve the required learning levels according to the Ministry of Education scale. This leads to the conclusion that there is a lack of knowledge on the subject, both theoretically and procedurally, due to the limited and traditional teaching resources used by teachers. Finally, the use of eXeLearning through the DICREVOA 2.0 methodology is proposed as an innovative strategy to strength learning in factoring cases
