Shrnutí: | The objective of this research project is to determine the impact of the application of games as methodological strategies on the development of gross motor skills in children of 5 years of age 2 in the Nazareno Christian Educational Unit of the city of Riobamba. Through a mixed approach research methodology, with a non-experimental design and a bibliographic, field and transversal level, presenting as the study population 1 teacher and 23 children, being a small population, probabilistic sampling was not necessary, in addition the technique The research used was the survey for the teacher and the observation sheet for the children. Now, the results of the instruments were processed through statistical tables and graphs, which allowed us to evaluate the comprehensive motor development of the infant, determining that a percentage of children do not carry out the activities correctly, therefore, proposes games in which the infant can develop their motor skills, these can be applied inside the classroom or outside of it, since they require easily accessible materials. Furthermore, it should be noted that the practice of these activities allowed the child to work on locomotor, non-locomotor and projection/perception areas, which is why it can be stated that their constant application can promote their optimal development, thus justifying that The impact of play on the development of gross motor skills is clear and evident. |
