Description
Summary:This research aims to analyze how music influences the development of neuroplasticity in children aged 3 to 4 years old at the Early Education Center “Safari Kids”. Music is considered key to enhance and enrich neuroplasticity, acting as a stimulus that not only enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the brain, but also involves the body and emotions, creating a comprehensive learning experience. The research took a hybrid approach, gathering and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data. The design was non-experimental, without resorting to direct interventions in the environment of the population. The type of research was basic, bibliographic and field research, resorting to primary and secondary research sources. A sample of nine early childhood instructors were administered the survey via a questionnaire. After tabulating and analyzing the data, it was concluded that music not only improves cognitive development, but also helps to form new neuronal connections in this crucial stage of growth. In addition, the teachers surveyed agreed that the incorporation of directed musical activities can significantly improve several areas of child development.
