Streszczenie:It is essential to determine that the variables were based on the collection of information through books, magazines, websites, virtual libraries, and social networks. Also of the place of the facts, objectives related to the issue of healthy eating in the development of learning in children of Initial I, which allowed us to use inductive methods because we started from the problem to get to know the current situation this population. Analytical since it allowed us to analyze the children's educational facts and descriptive because all the events can be described from the place of the effects. The objectives set led us to determine the use of healthy foods in the development of learning in children of initial education 1. The design of the research is experimental since the observation was carried out at the scene that allowed us to take the necessary samples for child malnutrition, taking into account the teacher, parents, Ministry of Health, and the environment that surrounds the child. Being 35 children from initial I who went to these tests, reaching the Conclusions that due to poor eating habits of children have been causes of child malnutrition, so it is vital to carry out awareness campaigns with parents and the general society.
