Descripció
Sumari:The current investigation emerges as a response to the problem that has been evident at Dr. Luis Benavides Specialized Educational Unit; the lack of rhythmic body exercises in the development of mobility in children with visual impairment is notorious, whether in the school, social and family environment. The study aims to determinate the importance of rhythmic body exercises that provide accessibility in each of the spaces or environments where a child can have greater ease of mobility; that is why teachers must use adaptation strategies for their incorporation in future life. The development of the theoretical perspective was based on the review of documents, theses, books, links of published studies, considering the variables of the study. The methodology that was adopted is a qualitative approach because it is interpretive research, which includes the observation and analysis of information. According to the results obtained from the teachers of the Dr. Luis Benavides Specialized Educational Unit during the 2020-2021 academic period, they mention that these rhythmic activities allow the child to give confidence, security, self-control for the acceptance of their deficiency and thus achieve learning. With these rhythmic activities, children have motor control that allows them to learn to locate themselves in their environment and this will allow them to develop other skills such as audio, touch, smell, sensitivity to the objects that are around them, which will allow the child to integrate into society.
