| الملخص: | For this research, a study was carried out to determine the extent to which coordination skills relate to football techniques in children. It is quasi-experimental research in which 9 children participated in football in the canton of San Andrés, in the province of Chimborazo, to whom a test was applied through the research instrument Test 3JS, which is a technique for evaluating motor coordination. This instrument was applied twice: once before and once after the exercise program, where seven activities were measured without intermediate rest. In each one, it performs a different motor task, in which a different type of coordination is developed: three of general dynamic type and four of viso-motor coordination. In each one, it performs a different motor task, in which a different type of coordination is developed: three of general dynamic type and four of viso-motor coordination. After the application of the program, the post-test was taken, yielding favorable results in research such as increased motor coordination of infants. Therefore, we conclude that well-guided training with new forms of application, significantly helps to increase overall dynamics and visual coordination. The football exercise program is a training method which helps to enhance the physical abilities of athletes regardless of the sport in which this training method is used |
