Evaluación del componente de recaudación impuesto predial urbano del gobierno autónomo descentralizado municipal del Cantòn Penipe, provincia de Chimborazo, en el primer semestre del 2016.

This research is entitled, Evaluation of the Urban Property Tax Collection of the Autonomous Municipal Government of Penipe, Province of Chimborazo, in the first half of 2016. Two objectives were established. First to analyze the urban property tax collected in the first half of 2015 and 2016 by the treasury area, and to evaluate the strategies for the process improvement. The Reference Framework is elaborated by the research, justification and proposed objectives for the development and evaluation of the collection processes to be applied in the Municipal GAD of the Penipe. The Theoretical Framework was developed by mea data that allowed knowing in depth the theme, defining topics such as the Generalities of the Municipal GAD of the Penipe, definitions of Taxes and collection. In the Methodological Framework, scientific methods as deductive and inductive were defined. On the other hand the research was exploratory, descriptive and explanatory. In addition, the population and the sample needed for the application of the techniques and instruments that allowed the data collection were determined. Finally, the Conclusions and Recommendations were gotten by the obtained data from the evaluation of the collection process, directly related to the proposed objectives, also delimiting the bibliography used and the annexes.
