| Özet: | The present investigation entitled "High-intensity kickboxing in dehydration" aimed to investigate high-intensity kickboxing in dehydration in advanced athletes who practice kickboxing at the "Equinoccial Prire" academy. It is understood that high-intensity exercise can cause our heart rate to increase up to 75% more than usual. This exercise helps burn calories and stimulates various metabolic processes in the body. When planning the routine, you must consider balance and the perfect combination of intensity, frequency, and duration of the activity. With them, we cannot leave for High that when high-intensity exercise occurs, our body temperature increases, and therefore, the loss of body fluid occurs. The present investigation used a quantitative experimental design approach of a critical-prepositive and correlational type. The sample was probabilistic at the researcher's convenience and comprised 22 advanced athletes from the "Equinoccial Prite" academy who practice kink boxing. The instruments that were used were the sweating test and the Karvonen test. With the application of these tests, we will make it known that high-intensity exercise can be worked taking into account the heart rate and the effects that can be produced when dehydration is reached. The results showed that all the athletes met the objective, which was to get zone 3 aerobic work from 70 to 80%, and it was fulfilled that the higher the inte9nsity, the greater the loss of body fluid. |
